About
Northside Pizza Truck
A 1972 Bedford truck with an Italian-built Stefano Ferrara wood-fired oven in the back. We do real Neapolitan dough — 48-hour cold ferment — and source toppings from Carlton's Mediterranean Grocer.
Pricing is by the pizza, with a flat truck-hire fee covering the first two hours of service. Bigger jobs are no problem: we've done 350 guests with two ovens running.
