Invoice Better is a platform that helps service businesses publish a public quote page so their customers can get instant pricing. References to "we", "us", or "Invoice Better" in this policy refer to the operator of invoicebetter.app.

For businesses (app users): When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any profile information you choose to provide (logo, location, phone number). We also collect usage data to help you understand your quote performance.

For customers (quote requesters): When you submit a quote request through a business's page, we collect the information you enter in the form — typically your name, email, and event details. This information is passed to the business you are requesting a quote from.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to operate the service, deliver quote requests to businesses, calculate pricing, and help businesses track their response times and conversion rates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Cookies

The Invoice Better website uses minimal cookies necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
