Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading the Invoice Better app or using invoicebetter.app, you agree to these terms. If you are using Invoice Better on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The service
Invoice Better provides service businesses with a public web page where their customers can build and submit quote requests. Pricing displayed on vendor pages is calculated server-side based on rules set by the business operator. Invoice Better is a platform — we are not a party to any transaction between a business and their customer.
3. Business accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information about your business and pricing. You must not use Invoice Better to misrepresent your services or pricing to customers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invoice Better for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or abuse the platform, to impersonate another business, or to submit false or misleading quote information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Pricing and billing
Free plan features are provided at no cost. Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from the iOS app. Refunds for partial billing periods are at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
6. Intellectual property
Invoice Better and its logo are our trademarks. You retain ownership of any content you upload (logos, photos). By uploading content, you grant us a licence to display it as part of your public business page.
7. Limitation of liability
Invoice Better is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
